The journey begins with two days of immersion in Jordan’s past. Exploring the remarkably preserved Roman ruins of Jerash and the historic mosaic treasures of Madaba and Mount Nebo. The first thrilling bike day takes you from Madaba to the Dead Sea, where you’ll enjoy a well-deserved float in the planet’s lowest point. The adventure continues with an overnight stay in the stunning Dana Nature Reserve, a perfect prelude to your next challenging bike day. Next, you’ll cycle along the dramatic Sharah mountains, visiting Shobak Castle and the beautiful frescoed tombs of Little Petra. A dedicated day is spent exploring the majestic, rock-carved city of Petra, hiking to the Treasury and the Monastery. The final cycling leg sees you descend into the epic red sands of Wadi Rum. Followed by an unforgettable 4×4 safari and an overnight stay in a traditional Bedouin camp under the stars. You arrive at Queen Alia International Airport where our representative will assist you with immigration and transfer you to your hotel in Amman.

After breakfast, we'll head north to the remarkable archaeological site of Jerash. Stepping through the Hadrian's Triumphal Arch, you'll feel as if time has stood still. This remarkably preserved Roman city invites you to explore its vast history. Your visit will take you through the hippodrome and past the grand Temple of Zeus. You'll discover iconic landmarks like the ancient theater and the oval forum, before walking down the magnificent Cardo Maximus, a stunning street lined with 200 columns. As you explore further, you'll see how various civilizations left their mark. The ruins of Byzantine churches, including the cathedral and the Church of Saint Theodore, stand as a testament to the city's later history. You'll also see the remains of the Roman market (Macellum) and the Temple of Artemis, which highlight the region's rich Greco-Roman heritage. After Jerash, we'll continue to the 12th-century Ajloun Castle, a superb example of Islamic architecture built by a general of Saladin. Finally, we'll transfer to Madaba for dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel.

After breakfast, your exploration of the City of Mosaics, Madaba, begins. You'll visit the famous 6th-century St. George's Church, which houses the oldest mosaic map of the Holy Land. Next, you'll discover the Church of the Virgin Mary, with its captivating and harmoniously designed mosaic floor that was unearthed in 1887 from a private home. The pilgrimage continues to the Shrine of the Beheading of St. John the Baptist. From there, you'll take a mountain bike ride to the Dead Sea. Along the way, we'll stop at Mount Nebo, a site with biblical significance and a breathtaking panoramic view of the Holy Land. Upon arrival at the Dead Sea in the afternoon, you'll have free time to enjoy the unique experience of floating effortlessly on the famously buoyant, salty water and relaxing on the shore. Later, we will transfer to Dana for dinner and an overnight stay at a hotel.

After breakfast, our day begins with a visit to the historic stone houses of the ancestral village of Dana. From there, we'll start our ride with a short climb before joining a beautiful path that offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Wadi Araba valley. The terrain will change throughout the day, starting with rocky limestone and red earth before becoming volcanic. We'll stop for a well-deserved lunch near the Crusader castle of Shobak. After exploring the castle, we'll continue our journey through the villages of the Shobak region, making our way to Little Petra. We'll visit this impressive site, which includes a stunning fresco from the first century in the Painted Biclinium. The day will conclude with dinner and an overnight stay at a guesthouse, giving you time to relax and reflect on the day's adventure.

An early start ensures you discover Petra at its most magnificent, bathed in the soft light of dawn and free from the crowds. We'll enter through the iconic Siq, a narrow gorge that opens dramatically to reveal the stunning Treasury. Next, we'll hike to the High Place of Sacrifice for breathtaking views over the entire valley. From there, we descend via the Wadi Farasa trail to explore hidden gems like the Garden Temple and the Lion's Fountain. Our guided tour continues into the Lower City to see the Great Temple and Qasr al Bint. After the guided portion, you'll have free time for your own exploration. We'll provide a picnic lunch in a scenic spot so you can refuel before tackling the climb to the Monastery or continuing to discover Petra at your own pace.

After breakfast, you'll transfer just outside the village to meet your mountain bikes for a final day of cycling. You follow the Kings Way to get to the viewpoint, offering panoramic views of the entire Wadi Rum desert below. From there, you'll start your exhilarating descent into the heart of the "Valley of the Moon." At the end of the ride, you'll switch to a 4x4 vehicle for a transfer to a traditional Bedouin camp. Here, you'll enjoy a well-deserved dinner and spend the night under a sky full of stars, soaking in the quiet stillness of the desert.

After breakfast, we'll drive to the magnificent Wadi Rum desert to enjoy a thrilling three-hour 4x4 tour, immersing ourselves in what many call one of the most beautiful deserts in the world. The landscape here is a constantly shifting spectacle of dramatic sandstone mountains and vast stretches of red sand. Our journey will take us through the stunning Siq Albarrah, a quiet canyon that allows us to appreciate the serene beauty of this part of the desert. In the late afternoon, we'll embark on a two-to-three-hour walking tour to discover some of the desert's hidden wonders. You'll have the chance to witness a breathtaking sunset as the light hits the dunes, painting the landscape in shades of gold and orange. The day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay at your Bedouin camp, where you'll spend the night under a blanket of stars.
