An early start allows us to discover Petra at its most magical—bathed in the golden light of dawn and still untouched by the crowds. Entering through the iconic Siq, a narrow ochre gorge stretching 350m, we emerge before the awe-inspiring façade of the Treasury, one of the world’s most famous monuments. Our journey continues with a climb to the High Place of Sacrifice, offering breathtaking views over the valley, before following the Wadi Farasa trail descending to explore the Garden Temple and the Lion's Fountain. We then walk into the Lower City to admire the Great Temple and Qasr al Bint. The guided tour will end here, after you learned about the hike to get to the Monastery, up the 800 steps. A picnic lunch in a scenic spot allows you to pause and soak in the unique atmosphere before resuming our exploration at your own pace.

The following morning, we set out for Little Petra, a hidden gem boasting remarkably well-preserved wall paintings. From there, a 4x4 ride takes us to the trailhead of the famed Monastery path. Also known as the Back Road Hike. After about an hour’s hike, we reach Ad-Deir, the magnificent Monastery. At 43m high and 44m wide, this monumental façade carved into fiery-red sandstone is both imposing and enchanting. Often mistaken for the Treasury, yet captivating in its own more austere beauty. Later, we return to the heart of Petra to visit the Byzantine Church and the Urn Tomb, before meeting our driver at the Visitor Center for transfer back to the hotel. Two unforgettable days immersed in the Nabataean capital leave us with memories to last a lifetime. Overnights in Petra. Lunch and dinner at your own expense.

After breakfast we journey to the legendary Wadi Rum desert. Upon arrival, we’ll be immersed in a surreal landscape of dramatic sandstone cliffs and vast red dunes. Accompanied by our Bedouin (English-speaking) guide, we’ll enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing our adventure in 4x4 vehicles across this lunar desert. We’ll take less-traveled paths to avoid the crowded tourist circuits, exploring the wilder and more secret southeast of Wadi Rum. By sunset, we reach our Bedouin camp, perfectly situated to admire the sandstone towers glowing yellow, orange, and red in the fading light. Dinner will be a traditional Bedouin zarb, cooked underground in the sand. An unforgettable evening under a sky full of stars. Overnight in the Bedouin camp.

Arriving at the Dead Sea, we’ll enjoy the unique experience of floating effortlessly in its mineral-rich waters and indulging in a natural mud bath. In the evening, we continue to Amman.
